Assists in developing strategies and works with a team of current territory leaders to attain sales goals and objectives aligned with corporate growth.Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Works withing a team to maintain and build strong relationships with key surgeons in the given area, while able to cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen. Training will be provided by local sales team that has been in the territory for 15 years.Assists with planning and coordination and the delivery and tracking of local surgical instruments and implants throughout the four corners area.Strictly adheres to all laws and Zimmer policies and SOPs regarding the interaction with HCP’s (Health Care Professionals), product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.Expected Areas of Competence
Ability to become technically proficient with the specific product line within the Zimmer Biomet portfolio.
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally.
Willing and capable of carrying weights up to 50 pounds, independently.
Education/Experience
College level education preferred but not required
Sales experience is valued but not required
General knowledge of human anatomy
Travel Requirements
Must have a driver's license and vehicleMust be willing to travel the surrounding area (Farmington, Gallup, Cortez, Durango).Additional Information
